Japanese workplace safety limits and noise rules then shape each call sheet on home streets.

On wrap, we walk each site with the owner, log any wear, restore signage and street furniture, and get written sign-off. That way future shoots keep access to the same sites.

From Osaka's shopping streets to Hokkaido's national park edges, we plan community notes, emergency backups, and weather windows around Japan's typhoon season and Golden Week traffic. That care keeps disruption low and ties strong, so your director can focus fully on the work in front of the lens, not the logistics behind it.

Permit work differs from one ward to the next. We file with each ward office and the Tokyo Location Box, then track conditions as they land. Public-space shoots in Shibuya or Minato often carry tight hour and noise limits. We map those rules onto the call sheet before the truck rolls. Where the work qualifies, we line up the paperwork for the national filming incentive too.

On the day, the team runs the technical floor of the site. We stage gear, run power safely, and set crew facilities, talent holding, and catering areas. Traffic and pedestrian flow are managed with marshals and clear signage. For studio-adjacent work near Toho or Toei stages, we sync base camp with stage access. Steady on-site control keeps each setup moving and keeps the site safe for crew and public alike.
