Kyoto's torii corridors at Fushimi Inari, the busy hum of Shibuya Crossing, Hokkaido's snowfields, and the temple grounds of Nikko all give VR viewers something rare. Each one is a full-field setting where every direction earns the viewer's eye. Our Tokyo-based VR crews work each day with Insta360 Pro arrays, GoPro MAX rigs, RED 360 builds, and custom Z CAM packages. We source kit through local rental houses and align our flow with immersive pros at Sony Innovation Studios and Polygon Pictures.

Prep matters more for 360 than for any other format. We scout sightlines that hold up across the full sphere, and we plan hidden lighting that respects sensitive sites like shrines and time-honoured ryokan. Our team also designs rig hiding so the camera sits within the scene.

We catch spatial audio with ambisonic mics and stand-alone sources, so headset viewers hear the direction they turn toward. Post is handled from start to finish. That work covers stitching, stabilisation, nadir cleanup, grading, and platform-set delivery for YouTube VR, Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, and custom installation builds for brands and museums.

Scheduling drives the result on a 360 day. Crowded sites like Shibuya and Asakusa need early call times to thin the background. Shrine and temple grounds in Kyoto often hold to set visiting windows, so we lock access first. Our crew keeps the unit small and unseen, since the camera sees the full sphere. English-language coordination runs through each booking, and one producer holds the brief from scout to wrap.

Delivery is tuned to the final platform, not a generic master. We grade in DaVinci Resolve and hold a clean Rec.709 pass plus an HDR pass when the headset target supports it. Files are checked for stitch seams and pole artefacts before handoff. Local post partners such as Imagica and Sony PCL step in for heavier finishing. Japanese consumption tax of 10% applies, and all quotes and invoices are issued in JPY.
