The scale flexes from a single-interview kit in Nagoya to a full feature rig that powers exteriors across Hokkaido. Each order ships prepped, lamp-tested, and inventoried.

During prep, we sit with your gaffer to weigh creative intent against site truth. The plan accounts for tight mains at a Kyoto shrine, Tokyo humidity that warps cheap gels, Okinawa salt air on connectors, and Hokkaido sub-zero cold that kills cheap batteries.

Our coordinators bundle fixtures with stands, flags, diffusion frames, distro, and dimmer systems, so nothing arrives orphaned. We line up tie-ins or power packs with licensed Japanese sparks, and we keep swap units on standby for the inevitable last-minute pivot. From Shinjuku rooftop commercials to Shibuya night exteriors and Yokohama soundstage work, we deliver one package, one point of contact, and gear that performs on the day.

The package scales with the production type. A Fuji TV studio shoot leans on soft LED sources and tungsten for controlled interiors. A Netflix Japan feature wants big HMI heads and full grip for built sets. A doc crew touring Hokkaido needs light, battery-friendly panels. We talk the brief through with your gaffer, then book only what each scene demands, with specialty kit like balloon lights sourced when a setup truly calls for it.

Booking and cost stay transparent. Standard packages want two to three weeks of lead time, with rush service available for tight turnarounds. We deliver to sets across Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, with regional runs on request. Our English-and-Japanese coordinators keep visiting crews briefed throughout. Day rates, weekly rates, and lighting crew are quoted in JPY, with the 10 percent consumption tax shown as its own line, so the budget reads clearly from the first estimate.
